Erin Winsor

Operations and Development

Erin Winsor is a Certified Dementia Care Provider, Office Administrator, Musician, Actor, Graphic Designer, Artist Facilitator, Adjudicator, and End-of-life Doule (in training). She is a graduate of Sheridan College: Music Theatre Performance Program, College of the North Atlantic: Executive Administration Program, and Dementia Solutions CDCP Program.
Having previously worked as a CYCW with Key Assets and a Private Home Care Worker, Erin now is working as the Music Coordinator at a local long-term care home. Erin has remained active in Newfoundland theatre since graduating in 2013; she has worked with companies such as Rising Tide Theatre, Spirit of Newfoundland, and TaDa. Erin is well known for her portrayal of Mary Poppins with Theatre St. John's, Eponine in Atlantic Light's production of Les Miserables, and Lauren in TaDa's Kinky Boots. Erin has teamed up with The Singing Legionnaires on multiple occasions to support their ongoing participation in the community. Erin has a specific interest in dementia care and the effect of art on people's brain health. She has the rare skill of building a special rapport with older adults and children. Her hope is to continue to bring her love of the arts into their lives to build creativity and maintain happiness.

Claire Rouleau

Programming and Communications

Claire Rouleau is a mother, artist-educator, and performer passionate about engagement through the arts. Claire holds a B.A in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University and a diploma in Music Theatre Performance from Sheridan College. Claire has had the opportunity to perform professionally from one end of the country to the other, finding a home in St. John’s Newfoundland. For two years she occupied the position of Creative and Performing Arts program lead at MAX arts, athletics, and wellness. Notable work experience includes two years as a resident artist-educator, drama school instructor and performer at the Young People’s Theatre in Toronto, managing and creating curriculum for Seedlings, an early childhood development centre in St. John's, working as an education assistant at The Rooms, and touring seniors homes in Ontario with Smile Theatre. Claire has a wealth of experience fostering collaborative learning environments for the young, and young at heart.
